Absolutely love this unique gift. Will definitely use them again. Initial print had one location slightly off. Sent email and requested it be moved slightly. I can’t say enough about the map that I received. I dropped the ball and ordered the map too close to our anniversary and it wasn’t going to be there on time. When I contacted support for advice they had my map finished and a template of the picture sent to me so that I had something to show to my wife on the day of our anniversary. The map arrived a couple days later and my wife couldn’t have been happier. I appreciate everything they did for me after making a serious blunder

The order did not arrive on time and I was in touch with Map of Our Life. The response was apologetic, sincere, kind and explaining why it had been delayed (family emergency as this company is family owned). They also refunded the amount which was for the rush order. I found this to be sincere, thoughtful and gracious despite the family having experienced an emergency, which can happen to anyone. Thank you very much, Map of Our Life!
