Hello- the picture was very nice. Quality was great, unfortunately the way they ship it was not. It’s not in a padded envelope when it gets mailed, or labeled not to bend! The envelope gets treated as any other piece of mail and gets thrown around , ours has a crease in it now , so very disappointing!

This gift was a big hit at Christmas for the new homeowners!! I was very impressed with everything and would highly recommend this gift as it’s beautiful and is a wonderful keepsake! My only slight disappointment was on the address of the house - instead of using 11, they used Roman numerals so the whole address was II75 (instead of 1175) so that bugged me. I don’t know if the recipients noticed, but I did and wished it had been done with regular numbers!
