The map was the 2nd time I have had it made as a gift. Both turned out beautiful, but I was much happier with the one ordered in 2020, when it was one company, life support, the map included the white border that fit within a frame. I was issued a 20% discount on future orders due to the 1st map not being aligned correctly. The woman who helped me live on the phone corrected it immediately and shipped it to me quickly. Unfortunately due to a phone crash, I lost her name and 30% code she gave me to use on this current order, which is perfect.

I am a little disappointed in the result. I thought the family name was supposed to go on top of the right side of the roof. It is not on the finished product. This is very special as our church sponsored Ukrainian family worked hard & just purchased their first house. I wish the family name had been included. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Let's see, where to start: ordered a personalized poster of my daughter and her family's new home....first: it was two weeks late in being delivered....second: when it finally got to her in Arizona, she opened it and it was for a family in Ohio...oh, how embarrassing....contacted customer service which completely lacked any urgency and they ordered another one...that took another two weeks to get there so about 5/6 weeks from start to finish....no apology.....I was mortally embarrassed and the surprise was certainly ruined.....I pressed for a refund on the item and they offered a pittance of a discount, even embarringly so.....I have tried to reach out to them again several times and they are ghosting me...cannot recommend...

Cute, but came poorly packaged. Box was dinged in transit and frame was damaged as a result. No bubble wrap, just wadded up packing paper in the back of the frame and only on one end in the actual box. I had to order a replacement (fast and free) but had they taken proper care and not cheaped out on protecting the item to start with, I wouldn't have received a damaged product to begin with. Also, frame was a bit cheap looking for the money paid.

I thought the maps came out nice except for one had the city name on the map and the other just had a heart and not the name of the city. They were both very late to arrive and were not here for me to give my clients at their closing. I had ordered them at least 2 weeks in advance which I thought was early enough.
