The packaging was perfect! The artwork itself appeared to be a little off centered on the circle. I sent this overseas to my daughter and her husband who were celebrating their 1 year wedding Anniversary. They have not received it yet as he is serving in the military. I really hope the map where they are living is accurate:). I think this is such a thoughtful gift for any new couple ❤️

First map arrived incorrect and they shipped the second map and it has a crease and trying to replace the wrong map was difficult. This was the reason I originally ordered with the frame.

Ordering was fairly easy, but was shipped someone else's order on the first go round. I had to email customer service and send a pic of the wrong map before my correct one would be shipped. The correct one arrived about a week later. Thankfully, I ordered it about a month in advance of our anniversary. Other than this mix up, the actual map turned out well.

Map is great as an anniversary gift. It took much longer than the expected date and the frame was broken and made of a cheap plastic material. I will be framing it at my own expense with a better quality material. The map is accurate, pretty and definitely a talking point in our home.

Only issue I had was that the cardboard package....wasn't wet but it had been in a wet area and had absorbed moisture. Cardboard was soft. Obviously not your problem, but I was surprised how poorly it was packaged. If ithad gotten wet, it would have been ruined. It was just the frame inside. No plastic or breakage rpotection of any kind. It arrived fine, but I'd rethink that because it had gotten really wet it would have been disappointing....and a return....and not make your customer happy. However......I love mine.

I ordered the Map for my brother and his wife's 50th wedding anniversary, and when it arrived, I realized that I had made two mistakes in the addresses. I was heart broken, knowing I was running out of time to get a heart-felt gift in time for their celebration. I had to re-order it, making the corrections, and I was so concerned that it would not arrive in time for their party. To my surprise it arrived days earlier than I expected, and it was a big hit with the "newlyweds!" Thank you for your speed in delivery!
