I requested a specific street in the town to be named on the map, (in addition to the street of the new home).
I requested a “proof” before the final product was made. The customer service team was very responsive to all of my inquiries and concerns. The town lines on the map were exact. Printed on quality paper. Very reasonable delivery time for a custom item.

A unique gift that I think the recipient really liked. I sent an email to your company because I had a concern with the address since it was new construction, but got a reply back quickly. The only thing I was disappointed in was the color of the frame, it was darker than on the website.

One thing to consider is the size of the print. I understand that 8 1/2 X 11 is a standard sheet of paper, but aside from document frames (for diplomas and awards) it is difficult to find a standard frame. I had to get a matte to fit inside of a larger frame. 8X10 or other standard photo sizes would be better.
