We ordered this map as a housewarming gift for my sister and her husband who just moved into a new home in Philadelphia. We had it delivered to our winter home in Florida, as we were then traveling to Philadelphia from there (our main residence is in Wisconsin). The original map & frame arrived printed with the incorrect year, despite my specifying the proper year on the order form and notifying your company that it was incorrect on the proof you provided. You quickly mailed out the corrected print; however this was folded in half by USPS when they put it in our mailbox. There was no warning not to bend the product. I notified you of this damage and requested another print, also stating that it needed to be mailed directly to my sister's home in Philadelphia, of which I provided the full address. I just received a call from a neighbor in Florida that the shipment showed up there -- we have left that location to continue our travel to Philadelphia and eventually back home to Wisconsin. We now have to arrange to have this package sent to us so we can get it to my sister's home.
We like the product, but are not so thrilled with the whole purchase and shipment experience. Perhaps you can review your procedures and make some improvements.

Was a good purchase, however since we lived on am Air Force base that closed in 1990 the map showed present day versus historical map (pre 1990).

Thank you so much for changing the font for the number 1 from Roman Numeral, which looks like an I. I looked at my other son's map that he received as a gift and his says 66I (roman numeral for 1) instead of 661. Honestly, I would seriously rethink your font choice for the number 1 so it doesn't look like a capital i.

Hello- the picture was very nice. Quality was great, unfortunately the way they ship it was not. It’s not in a padded envelope when it gets mailed, or labeled not to bend! The envelope gets treated as any other piece of mail and gets thrown around , ours has a crease in it now , so very disappointing!
