My very 1st order was received as a complete error. I received after a long waiting period to receive what I had ordered, someone else's order. I contacted them and told them of the wrong order...they then made good on my order, but again with some error to it: I ordered a black frame....not a wood color one....but received a wood color frame. I also wanted them to spell out the names of the recipient on the plaque, but instead I got it with the initials of their first name....I let it go because it was already a month late to give to our Friends. If my order had come exactly the way I had ordered it, it would have been a perfect gift.

Natalie was absolutely wonderful in assisting me. I needed to receive the picture by a certain day as it was for a house warming give for a family member that lives out of town. I was bringing it with me instead of shipping it to them directly. I asked the question about receiving it by a certain day, but I didn't wait for the answer, and went ahead and placed the order. Right afterwards, I received Natalies message telling me to add Rush Production at checkout. oh no! Long story short - She kindly helped me to get this instruction to production, and didn't even charge me the customary fee. I did receive the picture on time to take it with me. We purchased two of the our first home maps in frames for our two grandsons and their wives for their 1st anniversary presents. They do not live nearby so we haven't seen the finished product. Both couples are very happy with their maps.
My only negative thoughts are that as the gifter, we would have liked to see a photo of the maps before they are sent. Probably won't re-buy for others for this reason. Think they are a novel gift if you're looking for something extraordinary.
