I am traveling to Yuma and ordered this as a gift. The first time I placed my order I forgot to add the year AND their names. When I reordered, I still forgot their names. Map/Lives customer service was so helpful, yes I still had to pay the replacement fee, but they were very expeditious in getting the correct and final product to me. I have since ordered one for my daughter who lives in London, UK !!!

Map of Your Life delivered on what they promised, and in an acceptable time frame. The picture is not exactly brilliant - the street names are a little blurred, the heart on top of their house obscured their street name, my request to squeeze in diagram maps of Columbia and Ecuador was not done. The handwriting of their names and messages, as requested, is nice and attractive. A simple, computer generated image on a simple frame cost $100, so it's a bit pricey for what I got. I gave the gift, they said 'Thanks', so mission accomplished. I always look for unique gifts to give, and this was certainly unique. As requested, I have provided an honest appraisal.

The picture came out very nice. I did not receive a proof before it was printed . I wish I had been given the opportunity to have a say in what would be featured near my home . I live across from a lake . I was hoping that lake would be a feature or the other lakes in my HOA. Instead, the map focused in on a lake that is not part of my community. Lesson learned .
