The packaging was poor, when mine arrived the frame was cracked. After multiple emails, a replacement was finally shipped out. Sadly, it did not arrive in time for Christmas even though the replacement was processed on December 16th. Overall, the product is nice, but three stars is the best I can do given the circumstances.

They modified it to use another heart instead of a house in the 3rd spot. Couldn't get zoomed in as close as I had hoped, but its a map program limitation. Changed the words under the 3rd position for me. Nice and more personalized. Words printed a little more to right edge, but was able to move the whole print job over in the mat to make it look perfectly centered. Communication good even during busy season. Shipped in a good triangular box wrapped in a light paper for protection from bouncing around in the box. Printed locally in L.I. NY. Let it relax a bit for a couple of days after receiving instead of reverse rolling b/c the print takes a set. Be very careful if you reverse roll it. Nice heavy print material. Should be a great Christmas present!

Very good customer service. My order got lost in the mail (not company’s fault) they gave me a 25% refund and shipped a new one out to me. It did not arrive in time to be an anniversary gift as intended but that’s on the post office not them. Still a great product!

The map was rolled up for shipping and was indented on the side of the roll. When unrolled and flattened this left 2 creases in the paper that are noticeable when framed.

You should be able to actually seee the street name on the map that you requested would have been nice just not some location near it. Purpose of map was to capture those names and places so you could SEE THEM.
VERY LOW QUALITY IN MY OPINION.
Contacted the supplier and they didn't offer to try and work with me to try and get something close to what I wanted and I know it wouldn't have taken alot to re do to satisfy there customer.
It almost felt like they were telling me it's done and that's what you ordered and we're not re doing anything.

Shipping was a terrible experience! It took over 2 weeks to get the print and bc it’s sent USPS, tracking is basically impossible. I will say that the print is nice and even though it was very late for our anniversary, it turned out very nicely. I would recommend.

Frankly, I didn’t have a great experience. I bought this as an anniversary gift and it showed up with manufacturing debris in between the glass and the print off. I had to disassemble the frame to clean it up to be even close to presentable as a gift. The hanging hook was crooked as well, needless to say, I would not recommend this company unless quality improvements are made.
