Love the heart map for all occasions. We’ve started a tradition between friends and family that when you get engaged you get one. It’s such a thoughtful surprise. The only thing I find a little outrageous is the additional fee for a gift note. The product is already slightly overpriced a card really shouldn’t be 10$

I was disappointed that this new design was a completely different size than the original 3 I’ve purchased the last two years. It looks out of place with the others. I was told I could still order the old design at a cost but would have to mat and frame myself, which probably wouldn’t match either. It’s a shame both aren’t offered as choices as I’m sure other people would like a cohesive look as well. I understand though because at what point do you stop with the old and go with the new? The new, the frame was also much less substantial. It’s fine. The only thing I’d have you consider is at least making the new frame size the same size as the old. Not bigger. It’s weird when hung with 3 others that ARE the same size.

The product arrived with the wrong date. It should have been 6 Feb 2017, but you put 6.2.2017. It’s not June 2nd. I would like you to replace it with the correct date. Additionally, the frame was scared due to insufficient packaging to protect it.

This is my third purchase. And, I will probably use you again in the future. I think your product is unique and very personal to the recipients. On this particular order, I was a bit disappointed when I looked at the map and could see that there were specks under the plastic. This meant I needed to take this apart to clean. I was very concerned about damaging the map. It all went ok. Just wish I didn’t have to do this.

This came out perfect!!! And the customer service is out of this world…I had messed up and entered the wrong year, I received the print and frame super fast, took it out and realized I messed up. I contacted them immediately owning my mistake and asking if there was anything I could do. I (very quickly) got an email back saying “no problem, we’re happy to help fix this!” A new one was sent out the next day. TOP NOTCH service IMHO!!! Highly recommend!!!
